3. Wareneingangskontrolle
Um das akzeptable AQL-Niveau der Wareneingangskontrolle festzulegen, wird das Material für die vollständige Prüfung, Probenahme und Immunitätsprüfung bereitgestellt. Bei der Einlagerung qualifizierter Produkte werden mangelhafte Waren zurückgenommen, geprüft, nachbearbeitet und einer Nachprüfung unterzogen. Verantwortlich für die Nachverfolgung von Fehlern und die Überwachung des Lieferanten zur Einleitung von Korrekturmaßnahmen.

4. Prozessqualitätskontrolle
Die Produktionsstätte der ersten Prüfung, Inspektion und Endkontrolle, Stichprobenentnahme gemäß den Anforderungen einiger Projekte, Beurteilung der Qualitätsentwicklung;

5. FQC (Abschließende Qualitätskontrolle)
Nachdem die Fertigungsabteilung das Produkt fertiggestellt hat, nehmen Sie die Position des Kunden bei der Qualitätsprüfung des fertigen Produkts ein, um die Qualität sicherzustellen.

6. OQC (Ausgangskontrolle)
Nach der Prüfung von Produktmustern zur Feststellung der Eignung wird die Lagerung freigegeben. Bevor die fertigen Produkte jedoch das Lager verlassen und endgültig ausgeliefert werden, erfolgt eine Warenausgangskontrolle. Diese Kontrolle umfasst die Bestätigung des Lager- und Umlagerungsstatus sowie die Bestätigung der Warenauslieferung.
 Es handelt sich um eine Produktprüfung zur Ermittlung der qualifizierten Produkte.
