Les réducteurs sont conçus pour raccorder les pompes à engrenages aux prises de force (PDF) des tracteurs agricoles. La vitesse de sortie des prises de force est de 540 tr/min, ce qui correspond aux vitesses de fonctionnement optimales des pompes hydrauliques. Différentes vitesses d'entrée peuvent également convenir, à condition que la vitesse de sortie du réducteur de PDF ne dépasse pas 3 000 tr/min.

Engrenages
Fabriqué en acier CHINAMFG 18 PCR M03. Les dents courtes garantissent une très haute résistance et un fonctionnement très silencieux.

Arbres
Fabriqués en acier CHINAMFG 16 CRN4. Ils sont couplés à des engrenages cannelés et sont conçus pour supporter les valeurs de couple indiquées dans le catalogue.

Lubrification
Il faut mettre de l'huile pour engrenages SAE 90 dans la boîte de vitesses de la prise de force avant utilisation, changer l'huile après les 60 à 80 premières heures et ensuite tous les 12 mois ou 1500 heures, selon la première échéance.

Entretien
Veuillez vérifier le niveau d'huile via le hublot prévu à cet effet toutes les 50 heures. La température de fonctionnement ne doit pas dépasser 120 degrés Celsius en fonctionnement continu.
