A caixa de engrenagens foi projetada para conectar a bomba de engrenagens à tomada de força (TDF) de um trator agrícola. O extrator tem uma velocidade de saída de 540 rpm, que pode ser comparada à velocidade de operação adequada da bomba hidráulica. Diferentes velocidades de entrada também podem ser adequadas, desde que a velocidade de saída da caixa de engrenagens da TDF não exceda 3000 rpm.

Torque

Os valores de torque mencionados nos diagramas técnicos para todas as caixas de engrenagens da tomada de força (TDF) referem-se ao ciclo de trabalho contínuo. O valor de torque especificado para a caixa de engrenagens 20% pode ser excedido em condições de operação intermitente.

Lubrificação

O óleo de engrenagem SAE 90 deve ser colocado na caixa de engrenagens da tomada de força antes do uso. Observe que não fornecemos óleo de engrenagem e não nos responsabilizamos caso o cliente não complete o nível de óleo na caixa de engrenagens. Troque o óleo após as primeiras 60 a 80 horas de uso e, em seguida, a cada 12 meses ou 1500 horas.

Manutenção

Verifique o nível de óleo a cada 50 horas através da janela de inspeção. A temperatura de operação não deve exceder 120 graus Celsius em ciclo de trabalho contínuo.
